White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Clarenta is, as all white dragons are, very peaceful and resigned. She adores the skies and wonders of the stars and will often spend entire days and nights gazing up into the air with sparkling eyes. Clarenta adores her children, though they don't come very often as breeding is difficult for her and her mate, Jureden. When Clarenta realized that two of her first batch of eggs had died, leaving her with only a son, she fell into a state of depression that her mate had to pull her from with great difficulty.<br/>Jureden and Clarenta are very close for dragons and live together on a mountaintop under the shelter of an enormous outcropping of rock.
