Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Z'appa is a complicated dragon to be around. Not because he meddles in the affairs of others but rather the opposite. He has his own beliefs and convictions but he refuses to put them down other's throats. He will talk and discuss with others and listen to their arguments but he will very rarely change his mind, since most of their arguments he will have thought of before. And if asked about his ideas he will share them, in funny, interesting, or maybe even gross ways and he will force others to think about their opinions. Which is of course a very uncomfortable thing to do, so a lot of dragons prefer to avoid Z'appa.
