Moonstone Dragons are named after the orb on their tails, which resembles the gem of the same name. They are nocturnal and gather energy through the absorption of moonlight with their orbs. They seem to glow with a lunar light and are a very gentle breed, feeding off of plants and the moons’ power.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

A highly gentle creature, this male also happens to be the prince of a small and secluded country, and the subject of a prophecy to boot. Ages ago it was foretold that the birth of a moonstone prince with a crescent shaped mark on his flank would bring great blessings to his nation. While he fits the physical description, however, he's not doing so well with the 'bringing blessings' part, largely because scarce moments after his birth, an assault was launched by enemies of the kingdom, resulting in the death of his father and the loss of the throne to a most savage tyrant. Dedicating his life to seeing his kingdom restored, this moonstone has set out on a quest to find the Gates of Paradise, a mythical place said to bring great power to those who enter it. His quest is going well so far, but unbeknownst to him, his enemies are hot on his trails.
