Holiday dragons are a very mysterious breed. They are only seen during winter, and even then it is hard to catch a glimpse of one. They are responsible for the general cheer that spreads during the holidays. In essence, they are the “Spirits of Winter.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. HolidayWings is a very calm and quiet dragon. He prefers to spend the holidays lying down on his bed of mint leaves and watching all of his friends and family. Even though he reminds them again and again that he does not want any gifts for Christmas he always wakes up and finds hundreds of presents tucked away in his bed. Most of them are animal skins and jewels. This is because he loves to curl up in a pile of warm and soft animals skins and breathe in the scent of life. His favorite are rabbit and fox, because of the whiteness of the fur and the fluffiness of the tails. Jewels cover much of the cave because many of the dragons enjoy hoarding their own collections but his collection is special. he only wants to hoard the blood-red rubies and the sparkling white pearls. to symbolize Santa and the closeness of family, not to mention his own candy cane scales!
