Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It must be very shy since it keeps hiding from you.

It’s gotten slightly bigger! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

This dragon is very lonely. He never ever goes around the other dragons.  The only time he is surrounded by other dragons is when they come over to him.  When this happens, ohmygawd becomes rather defensive.  This is most likely because he is much smaller than the adult dragons and they scare him.  Only when ohmygawd gets up enough courage will he run away from the group and find a safer place in a cave alone not so near to the other lonely dragons.
