The Braid, a collective of dragons dedicated to making the world a better and safer place, got its name from its three interwoven goals of prevention, preservation, and restoration. Nobody is quite sure where Iramar came from (though some blame Navigator of Tangled Paths), but she's quickly become the Braid's beloved mascot. Tezniv in particular is fond of her and sometimes uses her as a threat. If either he or Mender get too many complaints about assignments, he'll spread grain on a giant chart and have her peck out group assignments and who goes where. Iramar's opinion on this remains unknown.
