It’s an undead baby dragon, produced by a failed magical spell. It probably would be cute if it weren’t partially decayed.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

This little zombie was once a well-liked pink hatchling who had many friends. Unfortunately, she was one of many victims to a plague that swept across the land and killed many. She survived, but her body had already began to decay, and her once gorgeous pink body had became a rotten monstrosity. Her clan mates found her in this state, and believing her to be one of the flesh eaters who roamed the land, cast her out. Now her only companion is a vampire, and a royal pain-in-the-bum at that.
