Lumina Dragons received their names from their highly reflective scales, which—at times—seem to glow. They are vain, always strutting about and preening incessantly; if one of their scales has so much as a scratch or a defect, they’ll remove it. Luckily, their scales grow back quickly, and each new growth is more beautiful than the last. These narcissistic dragons live in small groups and prefer to surround themselves with beauty. The females guard their territory and eggs while the males search for vegetation to eat.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Luminya is mated to Achroemia, an albino dragon in Nannu's dragon biome. Though she is vain and thinks that her own scales must be perfect, she finds his large and almost gangly body attractive. Yin and Yang are a good way to describe these two, but somehow they fit cutely together. Plus mating season gives her a reason to remove all of her scales so newer more beautiful ones grow in, without seeming like more of a narcissist. Of course, this means that outside of breeding season she will not allow Achroemia to so much as even nuzzle her. Nannu does not see this pair as one that will last.
