Red Dragons are similar to typical story book dragons. They shoot flames, can fly, etc. However, they aren’t evil creatures as depicted in myths and won’t go around raiding castles, killing knights, or kidnapping princesses. They live in a variety of habitats, from forests to coastlines to abandoned castles, usually in warm climates, and eat whatever living creatures they can find.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Protect your women! Hide your children! Or Yasha will have them all! Good at heart but unbearably impulsive, this young dragon is the epitome of going with the flow and living it up. When others only talk about it, Yasha does it. He often makes the complaint that others are sticks in the mud, and honestly, they tend to complain that he is driving them crazy.

Yasha's often inappropriate behavior inevitably turns even his friends against him now and then, causing the softer inner side of him to show. Upset at himself, he will sulk away like a whipped puppy. Truth is, YashaCu is reaching for something. Unable or unwilling to deal with his own problems and feelings, he buries them under thick layers of outlandishness. Not immediately apparent, it soon enough becomes clear he has yet to truly discover himself (a trait he shares with friend Degaia and enemy Saiga).

Still, he is a clever and resourceful friend who only wants to help out when needed and shake things up when they get stale.
