Welcome to Dragon Cave! Dragon Cave is an online adoptables game. Collect eggs, raise them to adulthood, and then breed them to create interesting lineages. New dragons are added regularly!
Hellfire Wyverns are so named for their foul tempers and fiery visages. Their social structure places all females above all males, due to superior physical characteristics and violent dispositions. Forced subservience of the males causes them to become vicious, petty, antisocial, and passive-aggressive compared to the aggressive and social females. However, orphaned hatchlings raised by foster parents of another species can develop surprisingly even tempers and mellow dispositions, proving that their defining unpleasant nature is, in fact, a learned behavior.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
Despite her name meaning 'Matron of Hell', Ilharess is not as aggressive as the other of her breed. Having been hatched and raised by S'argt Mirshann and the other dragons of his makeshift clan, Ilharess' temperament is somewhat more even, but she still has fieriness her kind's known for and challenges others for dominance, only to be shown her place as a young member of clan.
But, Ilharess is not alone. There is one other Hellfire of the ragtag clan. She had taken a liking to Uoi'notan Reiken,a young male that's only a little older and shows no interest in her 'Claiming' Reiken as her own to the point where she will not let any other female near him. Not even his foster mother, Sssiks'harl.
