Electric Dragons wield electricity with great prowess. Bright sparks race across these dragons’ bodies in a dazzling dance of light, complemented by the blindingly radiant sparks on their tails. Using their bellies and manes as stores for this electrical energy, Electric Dragons wield crackling magic, stunning and electrocuting their prey with a whip of their tail. During mating season it is typically those with the most brilliant sparks—an indicator of strength and hunting ability—that are drawn to each other.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Fidelis Firmus is the strongest Electric Dragon in his family. Among all of his brothers and sisters, he grew the biggest as well as the smartest. He was by no means proud of his natural intelligence and strength, but his siblings grew jealous and he soon left home. As a winged hatchling he learned how to fly from mated Thunder Dragons, who helped him grow stronger. As he continued his travels, he found a small Ember Dragon, and is now repaying the kindness that was shown to him. With the hatchlings and eggs he now cares for, Fidelis Firmus plans on creating a Guild known as the Reapers.
