Ochredrakes are a curious species with a wide array of mutations and interesting behaviors. Not as intelligent as normal dragons, they only breed with other drake species. While they may not be bright, ochredrakes are flamboyant and fun-loving with amazing, chirping voices to sing with, and tame readily in the presence of a gentle hand.

Though it may appear at first that dragons and drakes have much in common, the two are completely separate species. Drakes are smaller and less intelligent than their cousin species, though both dragons and drakes sit comfortably near the top of the food chain. They are always found bearing antlers and leathery wings. Drakes share many of the same habitats that dragons do, and typically hunt in packs.

Calandranna, the beautiful drake who loves to soar above all the rest and sing her songs for attention. She enjoys meeting others and wooing them with her melodic vocals, often singing sorrowful songs of widows or the God's fall from grace, and many know her as the wind singer. Besides her pleasure from her voice, she is a light hearted and kind being who would help anyone out if need be, even when her own problems are much larger. Inside she pines for the perfect drake to have children with, someone to make her songs full of love instead of loss. One of the more simple-minded dragons, Calandranna doesn't like to be alone and will always seek attention.
