Cheese Dragons are not actually alive. They are enchanted items of food that act almost identically to dragons. They have no need to eat, but they must “live” in humid environments or they will dry out and harden.

It is an odd day indeed when one wakes to the sound of rain pattering against the ground outside, echoing throughout vast cave, only to spy the silhouettes of the twin cheese dragons dancing soundlessly amongst puddles.

Tails of Fromage is the younger of the twins. A resident Magi, taking pity on When Cheese Flies, successfully attempted to replicate the spell which had created When and thus, Fromage was 'born' to be a constant and life-long companion for the resident cheese dragon. It is never far from its side; the pair seem utterly devoted to one another.

The only time the twins can be seen doing something apart from rolling about together is during heavy, humid rainstorms; throwing back their heads and baring their cheesy little fangs, they flare their delicate wings and dance for entirely unknown reasons, splashing in the puddles just outside the main entrance to the cave.
