Daydream Dragons are the hosts of daydreams and fantasies. They spend the majority of their time sitting on clouds, dropping daydreams down into the minds of people passing by. Humans who live near Daydream Dragons must be especially careful not to let their thoughts wander, or they could end up spending hours or even days in a trance-like waking dream state.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Glow Sticks is a very intelligent dragon. She can figure just about any problem out. Sometimes she does get distracted by the little things. She gets scared easy and tends to be a little bit paranoid. She got her name by as a hatchling every time something got out of hand or in her case "scary" Glow Sticks would run into her cave, hide as best she good, and for no reason she would start glowing. As far as any of her fellow dragons know she is the only one that has every glowed, thats why she tends to always be in the clouds. She likes to drop into other peoples thoughts and explore their minds. That is how she became so smart. She doesn't wish to have very many children in here life as the thought of being a mother scares her. One of the few things that does not scare her is what lies in peoples minds. Even looking into some of the most dangerous of peoples minds she always feels it will not hurt her. None of her fellow dragons know she has that gift so she remains quite about it.
