Striped Dragons come in a dazzling array of colors complemented by an intricate pattern of stripes. These bright colors and patterns help attract their favorite food, insects. Because their prey is so tiny, striped dragons must spend a large portion of their day eating. The color of the offspring is usually determined by the dragon’s mate.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Sornag isn't particularly attractive (he has been likened to a wildcat) or intelligent; in fact there isn't much about him that's out of the ordinary. Except that with little effort the most introverted dragons will spill their darkest secrets in front of him. Perhaps they find his mellow voice comforting, or maybe his scruffy, rather goofy appearance makes him seem so harmlessly ridiculous that they can't help but trust him. Whatever the reason, Sornag often finds himself weighed down with enough knowledge to sink an entire armada, not to mention a single dragon's reputation. One who was smarter would use this little trick as a weapon to cut a path straight to the top and gain everything from wealth to power. Sornag, on the other hand, bears each secret silently, struggling under its weight as if it were his own, not willing to break the unspoken bond of trust between him and the secret's owner.
