Holiday dragons are a very mysterious breed. They are only seen during winter, and even then it is hard to catch a glimpse of one. They are responsible for the general cheer that spreads during the holidays. In essence, they are the “Spirits of Winter.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Deco is a very troubled dragon. He has the strangest habit of, whenever he enters a room, shouting that it needs wallpaper. It doesn't matter what kind of a room it is--be it a cave, box, chariot, or castle, he will proclaim that the room needs wallpaper, and will proceed to describe exactly what kind and color is needed.

Not many dragons like being around him, especially those that have their own preferences on how their caves should be designed. The problem is, Deco will actively seek out the dragons that he thinks need some designing help, will follow them to their caves, and will redecorate it while they sleep.

Deco has been kicked out of both Territories countless times, and yet always seems to show up again.
