White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Melek is the most timid dragon on the scroll. She is very, very shy, and almost never utters a word. The only two dragons she ever talks to are Hazan and Avani; they are the only ones she trusts. She is deathly afraid of Tempest. Pembe also scares her slightly, but that is mostly because Pembe is terrifyingly happy all the time.<br/>Melek is a very gentle soul, who would like to be the care-taker of the eggs and hatchlings, but she is too timid to approach them. Hazan is urging her to pluck up the courage, and Melek is coming quite close to appointing herself as the care-taker of the scroll.
