Roasting on an open fire was named during the Christmas season when her keeper, Dragon was thinking about a Christmas carol and pondering a name for the young chick. Roasting has objected to her name but is afraid to run away. Thankfully, Dragon keeps her safe from the other dragons and with the other chicken, On the Menu. Both are rather quirky and sometimes sneak out and tease the pygmies.
