Seasonal Dragons take on the characteristics of the season during which they are born. Thus, eggs that are laid in spring match the pink flowers and green buds of spring, and those that are laid in the summer grow to depict the bright green of the forest trees and the yellow of the sun. Eggs laid in autumn display the bright colors of leaves falling from trees, and those that are laid during winter take on the appearance of the icy snow.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

At birth, Rocky was a large Autumn egg. He was looked after, treated with love until his owner kicked him out to live on his own. When I found Rocky, his wings had came in, and he had an unbreakable will to survive. As a hatching, he just loved to glomp adult dragons, especially Vamps and Silvers. The adults never really minded Rockies obsessive glomping until one cold and stormy day. As Rocky went on his glomping spree, he soon found that glomping older dragons, especially Vamps, could result in tragedy. Rocky was bitten by an Adult Vampire Dragon. After the bite, Rocky started to feel excruciating pain, pain that would make even the strongest dragon cry in agony. Even though the pain was excruciating, his amazing willpower pulled him through the battle over his body. Rocky has grown up to be an Autumn Dragon, but he still has the blood of a Vampire.
