White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

At the base of the mountains in Little Balin, a rumored waterfall of healing power flows.  A small clan of monks live at its side, watching in silent humor the ebb of awed miracle seekers.  Most fill flasks at the water's edge and sell it for their own gain. Those in true need are easy to spot—impoverished or wealthy, they are always doe-eyed, worn and broken of spirit. They sit in the pews beneath the frosted glass and prey with the monks at sunrise. Gris Apollo sits as stone at the plinth, pale as marble and immovable as a statue. At sunset, Gris Apollo stirs, stretches out his wings and croons the softest of hymns as he weeps freely. The truly needy leave the region with body and soul soothed; flasks of dragons tears tucked with reverent care in their satchels.
