Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It’s chubby and pink with a faint rose-like smell.

And look! It has grown wings and the flower is blooming! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

NovaRose is a lovely Rosebud Dragon hatchling. She was gifted to her owner from a good friend, and NovaRose is quite the gift. She is kind and caring, always on her best behavior, and never has a harsh word to say. NovaRose is just a little joy, she already has a lovely scent and two beautiful "roses" in front of her wings. She is so considerate that NovaRose is already good friends with almost all of the dragons in her cave, even though she has only been there for a short period of time.
