Cheese Dragons are not actually alive. They are enchanted items of food that act almost identically to dragons. They have no need to eat, but they must “live” in humid environments or they will dry out and harden.

Zenik doesn't have much of a personality since it's just an enchanted piece of cheese. However, at times it does appear to almost have a personality--when other dragons get too close, Zenik usually makes some sort of a hissing noise, therefore seeming to like being alone. Also, Zenik appears to like its head being pet. Zenik's owner usually calls it a 'he,' despite it not actually having a gender.
