Diamondwing Dragons are named for the myriad tiny scales that grow on their wing membranes, lending them a faceted, lustrous appearance. These meticulous creatures will spend months ranging far and wide to collect the shiniest trinkets and gemstones to adorn their nests. Once his nest is complete, a male Diamondwing will perform an elaborate aerial dance hoping to impress potential mates with his beauty and prowess.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Seki loves to socialize. She makes it a point to attend every clan gathering she can, whether it's a small get-together or a big festival, and hopes to someday find a fashionable mate during one of these social outings. As she possesses a rather keen eye for jewelry and other trinkets, Seki will often try to start up conversations with male dragons who happen to be wearing an attractive accessory. She also tries to predict the temperament of her acquaintances based on their choice in decoration. The dragon with the silver necklace is polite and refined, the dragon with the quartz bead bracelet is a daydreamer, and so on. She doesn't have a great track record with her predictions, but at least she still has plenty of fashionable acquaintances to chatter with.
