Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Kuutto was one of the younger males interested in Kuuia, although it wasn't too serious, more like a childhood crush. He didn't take it too badly when she didn't choose him to be her mate and understood why she didn't. When he found out that K'uu, Kuuia's daughter, was interested in him, he was worried that he wasn't good enough. But she consoled him, and now he is (sort of) a complement to her more hot-headed personality.
