Storm Dragons are the masters of the skies. They are excellent fliers and land only to rest and eat. In addition, they have full control of the weather. They are very hot-tempered and easily angered. They will attack any human that bothers them, conjuring strong winds and dangerous lightning.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Jack of all trades, master of one or two is how one could describe Alyx. Whether it's finding ways into abandoned buildings, fighting off the mutant creatures that have infested the plains, or trying to bring some life into the otherwise dismal conditions, the young Gray always has something ready. A dead shot with lightning and skilled in physical combat, Alyx has become a valuable asset to those fighting the mutants created in the Mesa incident. At this point in time, it's rare to see her without the magi, Gordon Freeman, nearby, and vice versa. It's not uncommon to hear her growling softly in a dark grove of trees, trying to mess with her companions, but when the situation turns serious, she will fight to the end to keep them safe.
