Seasonal Dragons take on the characteristics of the season during which they are born. Thus, eggs that are laid in spring match the pink flowers and green buds of spring, and those that are laid in the summer grow to depict the bright green of the forest trees and the yellow of the sun. Eggs laid in autumn display the bright colors of leaves falling from trees, and those that are laid during winter take on the appearance of the icy snow.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Cotlets spent his entire life as a hatchling by himself. No one seemed to want him and even when someone gave him a chance, they would soon send him off on his own once more. It was so hard to be young and alone. A long time passed before Cotlets finally found someone who would be his companion and friend.

Aplets was a beautiful young dragon who appeared in his path one day. She offered him a home with all her friends and family who would surely welcome him with open arms. Over the years, Cotlets became accustom to this new life. He loved his adopted family and vowed that he would go out and find other abandoned hatchlings who needed help. He wouldn't be going at it alone though.

Cotlets and Aplets can always be found together, and they are almost always busy doing things for others.
