Moonstone Dragons are named after the orb on their tails, which resembles the gem of the same name. They are nocturnal and gather energy through the absorption of moonlight with their orbs. They seem to glow with a lunar light and are a very gentle breed, feeding off of plants and the moons’ power.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Sabby is a level-headed young hen who manages the chaos of "Esteon's Lair" as she refers to it. She's fairly intelligent herself and while she'd never openly admit it, she and Esteon's mind run on similar frequencies.

She can see things from his POV and knows him better than any other dragon, which is why she loathes him so. He has many OCD habits that she has to endure and she's not above taking out her frustrations on both inanimate objects and other dragons.

But she has a sweet side as well and secretly aspires to find a proper mate to settle down and have a family with. Perhaps this is the reason she took in the human orphan Caslin. She found him picking through the dump located just outside Esteon's (comprised of failed experiments) and after some negotiation she managed to talk Esteon into letting him stay there. Caslin is practically Sabby's son. She dotes on him. All she needs to be happy is to be with her foster son, as he is the best thing in her life.
