Failed attempts to experiment with magic often result in transforming dragons into these hellish creatures. They are extremely dangerous, and will mindlessly kill any living creature without regard to friend or foe.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
Her death-rattle is her greatest defining feature.
Murmur does not seem fully aware that she has long since died. She is constantly struggling to breathe, always frightened by the difficulty of it. Most dragons pity her as they keep their distance. The ever-present hiss and low murmur of her breath escaping from her broken chest is what named and defined her in undeath.
It's said that those who get too close to her experience powerful emotional swings—probably due to the fact that she was once a Daydream, and still seems to possess some tattered remnant of her aura. Feelings of intense fear, despair and loneliness surround her like a fog, and follow scattered in her wake. Other Daydreams—including her mother—have tried to drift above her, pressing feelings of love and acceptance against her, but to no avail. The few who have tried to get closer were torn apart without hesitation, and Murmur has long since been given up on.
She has been corralled into a ravine to spend her days.
