Paper Dragons are not truly living creatures. They are pieces of parchment enchanted by magic, and as such, are very vulnerable to fire. However, they behave almost like dragons. The only place where their behavior differs is breeding: paper dragons cannot breed.

Naga helps with the scroll keeping in Clya's Cave. Probably because she (she refers to herself as a female although she has no gender) is an enchanted piece of parchment. She knows nothing about her history, nor does it bug her. She loves her current life and knows she won't be judged by the dragons in the cave for who she is. Although that isn't always the case.

She helps draw and keep information for Clya about all the dragons in the cave, which is how she earned her title of Scroll Keeper.
