Welcome to Dragon Cave! Dragon Cave is an online adoptables game. Collect eggs, raise them to adulthood, and then breed them to create interesting lineages. New dragons are added regularly!
Skywing Dragons spend most of their lives flying in the air. They hunt from the air, diving at prey from above, and land only to rest. They are some of the fastest fliers, capable of extremely high speeds. The webbing at the end of the tail acts as a rudder, allowing them to easily change direction during flight.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
Hummingbird is in love with flying. She will drift aimlessly for days, admiring the ripples in a lake or the patterns of light and shadow on a faraway mountain, enjoying her world and the knowledge that she has the best view from her seat among the clouds. She thoroughly enjoys the speed and agility of her race, sometimes diving inches from a waterfall only to veer upwards at the last instant, or speeding through canyons testing her agility and turning radius. She has even taught herself to take small naps in the air without losing her lift or heading, thus reducing her requirements to land and rest. If she could develop a way to remain aloft indefinitely, she would not hesitate to take advantage of the discovery.
