Pink Dragons are primarily herbivores and only eat meat during the mating season, when mates will exchange kills. When it is not breeding season, pink dragons spend most of their time incubating eggs and caring for their clan’s young. Due to their feminine color, it was traditionally thought that pink dragons were a strictly female breed, but this is not true.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. At first glance, the pink Amoroso appears proud, cold and extremely well-bred with her expressive doe-like eyes, supine neck and long elegant wings and limbs. Further acquaintance will reveal her as a quiet, shy dragon with an intense love of toffee-bane. Her silent nature, unusual colouring and unusually long time taken to bond to a mate lead to gossip about her fussy preference and being too tall for her boots. However these are all just long tales: deep down Amoroso needed someone that would truly understand her. Eventually she met Arco, her tall, strong stranger who being a Pink Dragon himself understood how her colouring subjected her to stereotypes and segregation. They instantly bonded and she is his happy wife and mother of a growing family.
