Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Xescitina has always been proud that she could pronounce her name since hatching when other dragons can't do it even when they are grown up. Maybe even the reader is trying to do that, but without hearing the owner of the name saying it, one can never be sure how it is pronounced. The bad thing is that Xescitina gets really irritated hearing someone say her name incorrectly and will either ignore them or, if they continue to say the name incorrectly, she may even attack them.
