Harvest Dragons are a large, flightless breed most often found in heavily forested mountains. Normally shy, these omnivorous dragons keep to themselves in remote regions, but in the fall they descend from their high territory to search for food—and lots of it. During the autumn months, harvest dragons will eat whatever they can find, from large and small animals to nuts and fruit. In the winter they retreat into large caves and hibernate until spring, living off the fat they have built up.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
Rowen Redwood was blessed to be followed with good luck. The elders called her the bringer of good harvest, and she had many suitors as a result. Among them was Sunny Santiago, who had quickly made a name for himself in the nest. Pleased to be with someone important, Rowen Redwood did what she could to support her husband in his endeavors. Due to the nature of his business, her support usually meant not knowing what he was up to and always being ready with an alibi. Whenever doubts started to gnaw at the back of her mind, Sunny would come with a gift, or be extra romantic, and she would again glow at the thought that she was a member of the Santiago family.
