Guardian Dragons have large shields on the end of their tails. Although the shields appear to be heavy, they are light, yet nearly unbreakable. Guardian Dragons use their tail-shields, as well as their wings, to deflect attacks and protect others. Often, they will guard the eggs and hatchlings of a nest while others are away. They are generally peaceful, and will not retaliate unless necessary. They have no need to forage or hunt, as they are fed by those they protect.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Ghost of the Garden, or just Ghost, is exactly what her name proclaims her to be. She is a long dead Guardian Dragon, found wandering in what used to be a garden in an ancient city. She was brought back to the cave by Cotton Willow, who instantly started asking her questions. Ghost remained silent through all of this, and took up residence in a cave on a nearby cliff face. Many dragons still consider her a member of the cave, as she is close by and she visits some nights. Ghost rarely speaks, and only does so to offer advice when it is needed. Almost nothing is known about her history, or anything about her in general.  What has been pieced together is that she was killed by her old owner, as she is very wary of humans and will not have anything to do with them. She spends most of her time in her cave, but sometimes she flies to her garden in the early morning light.
