Lumina Dragons received their names from their highly reflective scales, which—at times—seem to glow. They are vain, always strutting about and preening incessantly; if one of their scales has so much as a scratch or a defect, they’ll remove it. Luckily, their scales grow back quickly, and each new growth is more beautiful than the last. These narcissistic dragons live in small groups and prefer to surround themselves with beauty. The females guard their territory and eggs while the males search for vegetation to eat.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

It was quite an accomplishment, and so of course he had to brag about it. He had created a virtual world solely from magic, which other beings could access (after paying a reasonable fee) by resting within his carefully crafted rune circles. This reality (which he had most originally named "The World") offered a fun place for others to form friendships and test their strength, working together to overcome monsters in a wide variety of environments. Yet even as his enterprise enjoyed smashing success, he began to worry that not all was well. A 'little bit' of trouble in the real world (aka a curse gone wrong that was destroying several countries) seemed to be affecting his fake world in odd ways. While the lumina suspected there was something more to this than mere coincidence (his old companion and co-creator of the game likely had something to do with it...), he's chosen to keep quiet about it; can't have sales hurting because of worries about a little lethal danger, after all!
