Gold dragons are the ones most often killed by humans, who consider their scales to be extremely valuable. These golden scales grant them a high level of protection, similar to armor, and they use this to their advantage in battle.

A bit of a pacifist, Golden Slumbers Eternal would rather sleep than spar. She has cleverly chosen her bed to be a large pile of leaves and grass that she so cleverly constructed. Despite her feelings towards fighting, if a dragon insists on constantly waking her, she will lash out and certainly teach the noisy annoyance a lesson he won't soon forget. Many dragons quietly sneak into her peaceful resting area and nap alongside her. When they wake, they claim to feel more rested than ever before.
