Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

LK Brightwater is a mysterious dragon who talks very little of his past with the Laws. He came to the Kriss tribe after Noir's persuasion. He found his best friends in the IFNT pact, and is enjoying his life there.

Although very handsome, other dragons seem to feel distant to LK because of the terse words that LK speaks. He is not in any way apprehensive, but just whimsical and musing, distant to many dragons. However, in the inside, LK Brightwater is the funniest dragon of the IFNT pact. The other members of the IFNT are the only ones to realize this and call him 'Brightwater' rather than his formal name LK.

Because Brightwater is the most handsome of the IFNT pact, many female dragons, especially Anastasia, attempted to mate with him. However, it seems that his interest is only in his pact, Euterpe, and possibly Emilia. Other than his witty times with the pact, Brightwater spends his time alone watching the reflection of the stars in the lake, or just daydreaming in the morning.
