And look! It has grown wings! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Cotton Candy Days likes to fly with his dad, Dreamer Streamer, all day without care. Though he likes staying young and cute, he sometimes wishes he grew up. He often hangs around his half-brother, the electric dragon Cloud Friction, making thunderstorm pranks wherever they go. Days also hangs out with the sunset dragon Proud Flight and the sunset hatchling Proud Set, Flight's adopted son. For some reason, Set is always staring at Days and making him quite uncomfortable.
