Sunrise Dragons are closely related to sunset dragons. However, their behaviors differ greatly. Sunrise Dragons prefer to live in large groups and enjoy basking in the early morning sun. They are usually most active in the morning, and go to sleep in the early evening.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

A rather cocky Sunrise Dragon, PinkLemonade is somewhat of a leader of the flightsong within the terror of dragons she lives with, though to most she is known as the Queen of Pranks. Playful and shameless, her endless antics can get the better of her if the pranks that she so lovingly plays on her friends come to bite her in the hind: she'll just laugh it off and congratulate the usurper on their win of a successful prank. Her pranks usually catch the attention of the strongest female in their vicinity, who will reprimand PinkLemonade for her immaturity, and even though she knows that this is inevitable, she continues with her tricks and jokes.

A particularly favourite past-time of hers is to watch the sunset. She's not quite sure why she has such a fascination—she just does—and has often looked out for her breeds' 'sister breed': the Sunset Dragon. So far, she has not been successful, as she falls asleep before the sunset is even over.
