It was previously believed that purple dragons were exclusively female, but this is not the case. Recent environmental shifts have revealed the existence of both genders of this breed. Female behavior is well known; they are primarily herbivores but will eat meat during mating season. On the other hand, very little is known about the behavior and habits of male purple dragons.

Trajedy watches over her territory with the bright blue eyes of intelligence. Her long tail flicks as she looks up into the sun-lit sky and she stares at the clouds. She unfolds her wings and stretches as she turns her head from side to side. After a short pause, she leaps from the hillside, spreading her wings and gliding through the open sky until she reaches a small pond that is fed by a spring. She bends down for a drink, lapping the water with her long tongue. She lifts her head up again and stares at her reflection, seeming to lose herself in thought.
