Blusang Lindwyrms are quite different from most dragons in that they lack hind legs. In this regard, they resemble snakes, and this is evident in their movement; these lindwyrms slither along the ground, using their forelegs to lift them over rougher terrain. Blusangs are a coastal breed, preferring to live along rocky beaches and in seaside caves rather than sandy locations. They are omnivores who graze on seaweed from time to time, although their primary form of sustenance is fish.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Paolo Sabato works on ships as a fisher, usually alongside human fishermen. He hoards seashells and other interesting things he finds from his coastal territory and has amassed quite a collection. He has a very carefree, happy-go-lucky attitude, sometimes shirking work to collect shells or play tricks on the other dragons of his clan, though they rarely work out the way he intends them to. He's quite a klutz, and a bit empty headed, but his fish-catching abilities are unparalleled and so he's claimed the unofficial role of "fish-provider" to the whole of the clan, which he bears with pride and joy.
