An almost strictly nocturnal breed, Ciriax Lindwyrms are especially attuned to the moons’ cycles. They spend nights patrolling the edges of their territory, aggressively fending off intruders while they feast on their prey. After two or three nights of feeding, often around the time of at least one full moon, Ciriax Lindwyrms retreat to the recesses of their cave or underground homes. These dragons make it particularly difficult to travel on nights that are well-lit by moonlight, often to an unsuspecting adventurer’s dismay.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Two-headed dragons are unique enough to deserve a separate classification from ordinary dragons. They have two necks, two brains, two mouths, but one stomach and one main body. The two heads usually work together, but there are times when they will fight each other, snapping back and forth. Their unique anatomy prevents them from breeding with single-headed dragons.

User Description

Dual Divergence is a dragon of not many words. Being caveborn, he does not brag about forming a strong bond with humans through countless years of lineage as some of the other dragons in the Cave does. They think him dumb--although the dragon possesses two very large heads, orders have to be repeated countless times and he doesn't seem to understand the human in charge of their Cave at all. Instead, he mostly spends his days napping and hunting, sometimes making a mistake with the territory he hunts on.

Many dragons are unhappy with his habits and often they'll give him a whack with a paw or a smack with their tail as they pass, wondering about this fancy name for a dimwitted dragon.

In reality, Dual Divergence is confused. He was raised and grown alone, hatched from a mysterious egg and left confused and lost. He hasn't been taught dragon code or human language, and now struggles to keep up with the elegant dragons in the Cave. Maybe one day, he believes he'll understand it all.
