Pink Dragons are primarily herbivores and only eat meat during the mating season, when mates will exchange kills. When it is not breeding season, pink dragons spend most of their time incubating eggs and caring for their clan’s young. Due to their feminine color, it was traditionally thought that pink dragons were a strictly female breed, but this is not true.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Hectith is a happy dragon, easy to get along with and always happy to talk. She rarely gets riled up, and it takes a very great deal to make her angry. She is very protective of those she considers hers, and is almost impossible to separate from her clutches. She's a fickle beast, constantly swapping tacks, and changing her opinion. Hectith is the type to constantly change to object of her romantic affections, and during the mating seasons, it is unlikely that she will Mate with the same male twice. This pink dragon is rather inconsistent, something that she loves one day may annoy her the next.
