Magi Dragons are, as their name suggests, primarily magic users. They rarely use physical forms of attack. They eat anything they can kill, which is almost everything. They won’t kill unprovoked except when hunting, although they may kill humans if in danger. Their strong magic makes them one of the most feared breeds of dragons.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Lanceea is the one who maintains and created the Cavyle Plains, a illusory refuge for poached dragons' offspring. Maintaining this illusion takes a lot of work, however it is not being held abound by an inexperienced dragon. Lanceea has had millennia of magic practice and honing, giving her an almost unmatched sense and reservoir of magic to draw on to create the Plains.

However, despite this, Lanceea cannot hold it by herself, nor can she protect herself if poachers find out her secret place and try to kill her for it. She has had several close calls over the ages, but each time she got away. She is intensely dedicated to her work, and she is determined not to let a few hunters get in the way of the safety of the other dragons.

She has a mutual and symbiotic relationship with the Soulpeace Pelara. The two love each other and enjoy the position they're both in because of their friendship.
