Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Solus Stella, like all other Royal Blue dragons, enjoys the night sky through the looking glass of water. Solus is best left alone and doesn't enjoy the company of others. He likes to say that out of all the lakes and ponds he's ever seen, the first one he saw from when he was first hatched, at his owner's home, is the most quiet. The most clear, and the most still.

On most nights, Solus is found sitting in the same old spot. The small patch of Monkey grass next to the lake, looking it over. Some might expect glazed eyes, but they only see pale, cat-like orbs, slightly moving with curiosity. Solus' clutch mates think he is counting every star.
