Striped Dragons come in a dazzling array of colors complemented by an intricate pattern of stripes. These bright colors and patterns help attract their favorite food, insects. Because their prey is so tiny, striped dragons must spend a large portion of their day eating. The color of the offspring is usually determined by the dragon’s mate.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
Lapinzar loves plants that match the hue of his scales. Anything else that's his shade of blue also counts, but plants hold a special place in his heart. He knows he looks good and is one of the luckier dragons when it comes to attracting potential mates, even though he's a lazy dragon that lays around all day surrounded by oh-so-precious blue plants of all shapes and sizes. Vanity is certainly a quality of this dragon, but he is not a narcissist. He does believe he is beautiful, but knows that so many other dragons are beautiful too. Lapinzar has tried his hand at plant magic a few times before, but gave up and went back to bribing others to take care of his plants.
Hrasnorv unnerves him as she is not only a Vampire dragon whose work ethic is the opposite of his, but she is his half-sister and aunt due to an incident. The Stripe thinks family shouldn't have to be complicated, but acknowledges her despite being weirded out.
