Royal Crimson Dragons are so named due to their massive size and confident, regal bearing. Most of the time they are laid back, ignoring non-prey creatures smaller than themselves, although they will occasionally take fresh kills from other dragons as a reminder of their place in the social order. Although there are few other dragons large enough to pose a threat to Royal Crimsons, they have little tolerance for potential rivals and will fiercely defend their territory from such intruders.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Possessing the proud nature and regal bearing of a royal crimson, but as gentle and protective at heart as his rosebud mother, this male has well earned the title of "Crimson King" those in his territory address him with. Constantly patrolling the edges of his domain, he considers all living creatures within its borders to be under his protection, and will fiercely guard even the smallest and cheekiest of the inhabitants from attack by malevolent forces. The kindness and love he displays in the process, putting himself at risk again and again for the sake of others, has earned him no small share of adorers and loyal friends, others coming to his aid as often as he does to theirs. Yet among all he considers companions there are some he will protect more vigorously than all the rest; his beloved mate Flora and the children she's bore him.
