Albino Dragons are so named because their translucent, scale-less skin lacks all pigment. Instead, to help protect their bodies from the sun, they are coated in an oily secretion that blocks the sun’s harmful rays. The call of an albino dragon is similar to a barn owl--a shriek instead of a roar.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Permeir and Saleka are twin guardians of a rather large keep, shrouded somewhat in darkness. The keep, while not evil, is subject to certain armies attempting to lay siege to it. Should an advancing army be sighted, whichever dragon is on watch will let out a shriek, warning all inside of the incoming danger. Despite looking identical, the pair are not related and have different ways of behaving.

Permeir prefers to remain off the field, staying and defending the walls from being assailed. More than a few unprepared soldiers have been caught off-guard by a large snout upon reaching the top, quickly being knocked or thrown off the premise. He also helps bring supplies and other soldiers inside between the infirmaries and the walls of the keep.

During calmer times, he prefers to remain in his tower, reading tales in solitude. His diet is mainly vegetarian, only on occasion nibbling on meat. He however is not opposed to polite conversations, and enjoys talking with the other inhabitants.
