White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Tianshi, whose name comes from the Chinese word for "Angel," is benevolent unless her life in is imminent danger. While some of the other dragons have sparring matches to keep their skills honed, she prefers to watch and heal the others if needed. She acts like a mother to Xue-Lian-Hua, even though they are different breeds. However, she doesn't exactly approve of Hei-Yao, who thinks of himself as Xue Lian-Hua's father. Still, if the young hatchling likes him, she doesn't really have much protest against him.
