Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Indy Sarlo is a little withdrawn from the others but sneaky as well. Her devious tendencies led to many play fights and pranks with Notophorus when they were young, and this friendship has lasted throughout the years. After becoming mates with Clakaro, she is often found playing with their hatchlings or protecting their homeland.
